Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

30-Day Return Policy
You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unopened, unused, and perfectly intact products, excluding sale items and personalised products.
Think of it as our "sniff test" window — if it hasn’t been opened, we can take it back. To start a return, you can contact us at info@pawlishedpooch.com.au.
No Change-of-Mind Refunds
We love enthusiasm, but we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
If your pup suddenly decides they do love that treat flavour… lucky you!
Sale Items
All sale items are final.
If it was a bargain, it’s now your bargain forever.
Faulty Goods
If something arrives looking more “chewed up” than it should be (and not by your dog), let us know!
We’ll assess the issue, and if approved, process your refund or replacement with zero fuss.
Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and approved — or once we confirm a faulty item — your refund will be wagging its way back to you within 10 business days.
