At Pawlished Pooch, we team up with Australia Post to deliver your goodies right to your doorstep — fast, reliable, and (mostly) kangaroo-free.

Processing Times

All orders are packed and ready to go within 1–3 business days.
We move efficiently… unless a particularly cute dog distracts us. No promises.

Shipping Methods

We ship exclusively with Australia Post using:

  • Standard Parcel Post

  • Express Post (because sometimes your pup needs that treat yesterday)

You’ll be able to choose your preferred option at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Once it’s in AusPost’s paws:

  • Standard Post: Usually 3–8 business days

  • Express Post: Usually 1–4 business days

Remote or regional areas may take a little longer — Australia is big, and so is AusPost’s mailbag.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on AusPost’s current rates and the size/weight of your parcel.
We don’t add any sneaky extras — no bones about it.

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking.
You’ll receive a link the moment your parcel starts its journey, so you can watch it hop across the country like a very determined wallaby.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel seems delayed, lost, or has taken a scenic route around Australia, let us know.
We’re happy to lodge an AusPost investigation and help track it down.

Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives looking like it survived a drop-kick by a rogue emu, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We’ll make it right.
